This hotel is located right in the middle of the shopping area of Philipsburg just across the boardwalk from a beautiful beach on a bay with very calm turquoise water. The area is lively during the day but very quiet at night after the cruise ships leave. The downside of that is many restaurants are closed for dinner. The rooms are large and comfortable with spacious balconies. I really commend the staff who are excellent in every area, friendly and efficient.
The staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. During our stay, we asked for additional blankets, which were brought up to our room while we were on the beach. The beach staff are very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed having snacks and drinks beachside. We included breakfast with our stay, and I highly recommend doing that, as we looked forward to the breakfast each day.
